CVD Technology and Hardware

We use the latest CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology for growth of diamond material. In the CVD technique, the high-quality diamond material is grown in a reactor where carbon-containing gases are activated using a plasma discharge. Our CVD equipment utilizes microwave power supply to generate a plasma discharge in a water-cooled vacuum chamber. 

Our process and equipment control are key to the growth of high-quality, high-value diamond rough.
